For International Patients

Personalised Treatment
For Patients Worldwide

We work with patients from over 20 countries. A personal coordinator handles every detail — documents, accommodation, and follow-up — so you can focus entirely on your health.

Patients from 20+ countries · Clinic stay 2–5 days · Companion included · Multilingual support

How It Works

From initial request to treatment completion — six clear steps.

01

Initial Request

Submit a consultation request through our website or contact a coordinator directly by phone, email, or WhatsApp. There is no obligation at this stage.

02

Medical Coordinator Call

A personal coordinator is assigned to you immediately. They speak your language and will guide you through every step — from first call to departure home.

03

Document Evaluation

Our medical team reviews your records, laboratory and imaging results, and current medication. Send all the medical reports you have — after review, your coordinator will let you know if any additional information is needed.

04

Medical Consensus

A multidisciplinary team of physicians evaluates your case and develops an individualised treatment plan: cell type, dosage, and delivery method.

05

Video Consultation & Offer

During the video consultation we present your personalised treatment plan. Once you decide to proceed, we move on to scheduling and logistics.

06

Arrival in Warsaw

Our team meets you at the airport and handles your transfer. The clinic stay typically lasts 2–5 days. Your coordinator is with you at every stage.

Logistics & Support

End-to-end support and organisation at every stage — with focus on your comfort and outcome.

Airport Transfer

Our own vehicle and team meet you at Warsaw Chopin Airport. Private transfer to your accommodation and to the clinic for every appointment — no taxis, no navigation needed.

Accommodation

We arrange central, quality hotel-type accommodation in Warsaw. Your coordinator handles the booking — you receive confirmation before departure.

Patient + Companion

A family member or caregiver travels with you at no additional cost. Companion accommodation and transfers are included in the programme.

Language Support

Your personal coordinator speaks your language. For less common languages, we arrange a professional medical translator. Currently: English, Italian, French, Russian, Polish — and any language on request.

Visa Assistance

If you require a visa to enter Poland, our team prepares a medical invitation letter and guides you through the application process.

Clinic stay

Your on-site clinic stay typically lasts 2–5 days depending on diagnosis and protocol complexity. Your coordinator provides a detailed day-by-day schedule before arrival.

Long-Term Follow-Up

After You Return Home

Follow-up continues after you leave Warsaw. Treatment does not end with the completion of the course — we continue to support you through systematic medical monitoring.

01

Medical Wristband

Each patient receives a medical monitoring bracelet that continuously tracks key health metrics. Data is transmitted to our medical team in real time.

02

Individualised Rehabilitation Programme

Before discharge, our rehabilitation specialist designs a complete, personalised rehabilitation plan — exercises, timelines, and milestones — tailored to your diagnosis and functional status.

03

Scheduled Follow-Up Calls

Regular calls with your medical coordinator and, when needed, with the treating physician. Frequency depends on your protocol — typically weekly in the first month, then monthly.

04

Biomarker Monitoring

We coordinate laboratory assessments with your local physician. Results are reviewed by our team and compared against your baseline to track objective progress.

Common Questions

How is treatment paid for?

All programmes are private pay. We do not work with insurance providers. Full payment is made before arrival, and you receive a detailed invoice with medical codes for your personal medical records.

What medical documents should I prepare?

The list of documents is determined individually after the initial contact. Typically: recent imaging (MRI/CT), blood test results, a summary from your treating physician, and a list of current medications. If additional information is needed, we will request it.

Who meets me at the airport?

Your coordinator or a member of the patient relations team will be waiting at arrivals. You are driven directly to your accommodation.

Can a family member come with me?

Yes. Every patient can be accompanied by one person at no additional cost. Companion accommodation and all transfers between accommodation, clinic, and airport are included in the programme.

Start with a Consultation

We will perform a preliminary medical assessment and propose a treatment plan. The consultation is free of charge — next steps are taken only after your decision.
